POLS 367 - Statistics in the Discipline


This course introduces the tools of statistical analysis used in the study of social science phenomena, with a particular emphasis on the quantitative methods used in political science, criminal justice, and international studies. The course includes an introduction to probability theory, sampling, descriptive statistics, graphing, means testing, correlation, regression, and analysis of variance.
