LAW 860 - Intellectual Property

Description This course provides a foundation of basic copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. It will provide the conceptual legal structure and framework for more advanced study. It is possible that the course may also examine selected topics in more detail to foster appreciation for the depth of intellectual property law in general.
