LAW 836 - Client Interview/Legal Counsel

Description This course is a practical course that provides an in-depth focus on the client interviewing and legal counseling skills that all lawyers need to develop. Students will be encouraged to recognize the legal aspects and appreciate the non-legal aspects of clients’ problems. In order to contribute to students’ practice-ready skills, students have an opportunity to engage in role-playing exercises.
