LAW 850 - Mediation

Description This course examines the theories and processes of resolving legal disputes through mediation. Students will develop the practical skills required for the effective practice of mediation as mediators and as representatives of parties through simulation exercises. This course also addresses the ethical responsibilities of lawyers involved in mediation in either role.
