18 Credit Hours Required

This minor is available only to students seeking a bachelor of business administration with a major of accounting, business administration, economics, finance, health services administration, human resources management, or management. Students must complete a minimum of 50 percent (50%) of the courses for their minor from USD. Each class is 3 credit hours. Courses for this minor may not count as School of Business Electives and must be used as Advanced Free Electives only*. Students should contact the School of Business Student Services Center in Beacom Hall Rm. 101 (605) 677-6268 for assistance with this minor.

* Courses at the junior-senior level chosen from any college/school at USD on the basis of the student’s interest are called Advanced Free Electives.

Note:

Alternatively, an upper division business elective (3 credit hours) approved by decision sciences faculty may be taken to complete the minor.

BADM 426, BADM 427, BADM 441, and the elective course may not apply to both a business major and this minor. Additional course work will be required.
