ECON 782 - MANAGERIAL ECONOMICS 3 cr hrs
Description Managerial Economics utilizes microeconomic theory and econometric techniques to analyze business decision making. Major topics include demand analysis and estimation, forecasting, cost analysis and estimation, market structures, pricing strategies, and game theory.
Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisites:
Both ECON 201: Principles of Microeconomics and ECON 202: Principles of Macroeconomics, or ECON 580: Foundations of Economics or equivalent;
and
Both Math 121: Survey of Calculus or equivalent and BADM 220: Business Statistics I or equivalent, or BADM 520: Foundations of Calculus and Statistics for Business or equivalent.
