Description A study of the law concerning the organization, operation, and powers of legislative bodies. Emphasis in on the legislative process (the enactment, revision, and repeal of statutes), legislative investigations, pressure groups, the role of the executive branch in the legislative process, constitutional limitations on the legislative process, and statutory interpretation.
