PHIL 442 - Morality Critiques: Nietzsche, Marx, and Freud This course examines three figures who were critical of the assumptions and outcomes of modern moral philosophy. Their critiques bring into focus the strengths and weaknesses of modern liberal values such as equality, individual rights, and democracy as well as moral concepts such as guilt and responsibility.
