FIN 418 - Financial Strategy Financial Strategy is a study of the development of the theory of value, followed by case studies and empirical analysis of the process of value creation, transfer and destruction. The impact of the rapidly changing, global operating environment and capital markets on strategic financial management is studied. Prerequisite: BADM 310.
