LEGL 301 - Legal Writing and Research Students learn how to analyze legal problems, conduct research, frame and construct arguments, and develop rhetorical skills using the conventions of legal writing.
Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisites: Advanced Composition course or equivalent, including ANTH 211, CJUS 202, ENGL 201, ENGL 205, ENGL 283, ENGL 284, SOC 211, POLS 202, or UHON 211
