LEGL 301 - Legal Writing and Research

Students learn how to analyze legal problems, conduct research, frame and construct arguments, and develop rhetorical skills using the conventions of legal writing.

Prerequisites: Advanced Composition course or equivalent, including ANTH 211, CJUS 202, ENGL 201, ENGL 205, ENGL 283, ENGL 284, SOC 211, POLS 202, or UHON 211
