DCOM 714 - Signal Processing

3 cr

Description Students will learn principles of signal processing relevant to audiology and functioning of the auditory system.  Relevant concepts in mathematics, physics, and engineering will be introduced.  Topics will include but are not limited to signals, systems, digital representation of waveforms, filtering, modulation, and cochlear mechanics.
