SPSY 782 - Instructional Strategies, Assessment, and Intervention

Description This course will introduce the application of intervention development for classrooms and individuals and the design of instruction for school psychologists. The following processes will be emphasized: planning and conducting needs assessments, planning and conducting standardized academic assessments, planning and conducting curriculum-based assessments, identifying objectives, devising evaluations, characterizing the client and audience, and selecting appropriate instructional strategies for clients in the field of school psychology.
