LAW 847 - Current Issues in Environmental Law

Description This course incorporates a mix of substantive lectures and discussions on a select number of substantive environmental or natural resources legal topics, examination of specific current case studies within those topics, and active development of legal writing skills. The goal is to further students’ substantive knowledge of selected topics within this field while also improving their practical legal writing and research skills.
