LAW 882 - Negotiation and Settlement

Description This course is designed to enhance the future lawyer’s interpersonal skills by emphasizing the lawyer’s role as interviewer, counselor, negotiator, and drafter in the litigation context. Problem cases drawn from a variety of legal and personal settings are used to develop these skills through faculty observation and critique.
