LAW 845 - ADR: Theories and Practice 3 cr
Description This course combines theory, law and skills related to alternative dispute resolution. Throughout the semester, students will have the opportunity to engage in multiple role-play exercises in which they will negotiate, mediate, arbitrate, represent clients, be clients and observe their classmates’ efforts to do the same. In addition, students will evaluate their own efforts and receive substantial feedback on the development of their professional skills.
