ECON 432 - Economics of State & Local Government Economics of State and Local Governments involves a study of the problems and policies of raising and spending revenue by sub-national governments. The scope is broad enough to include not only the tax sources of states, counties, municipalities, and school districts but borrowing and grants-in-aid as well. In addition, the major expenditures of these governments are analyzed.
