NURS 484 - Transition to Practice This course focuses on the synthesis of the roles of the generalist nurse at the completion of baccalaureate education and transitioning to practice. The primary roles of provider, designer, coordinator, and manager of care and member of the profession are synthesized in a holistic, caring, ethical framework of practice, preparing the student for the nurse generalist role and transition to practice.
