POLS 423 - Nonprofit Governance and Administration

Examines the needs of nonprofit organizations for highly functioning boards to provide organizational governance and productive relationships between board members and staff. Frameworks for the division of labor among board members and staff are considered so students will understand the interrelated needs for governance and administration in nonprofit organizations.
