DSCI 526 - Lean Management

Description Lean Management covers the design, operation, control, and continuous improvement of lean operations processes using a Theory of Constraints strategic framework. Emphasis is on the design, implementation, and operation of integrated lean processes with the goal of enhancing profit (or revenue for a nonprofit) through the elimination of process waste.
