ACP 770 - Advanced Rural Telehealth

This course is designed to review the components of delivering telehealth along with knowing the associated rules, regulations and risks involved in this type of e-therapy. Students will gain awareness of the different available types of telehealth technologies and will experience the opportunity to practice e-therapy using a telehealth platform. The course will also review the benefits of using telehealth and look at the various competencies and cultural factors needed for this delivery method.
