PUBH 765 - Community Health Assessment and Action Planning

Description This course introduces students to learn how to use a community health assessment framework to work towards achieving health equity. It considers social, economic, physical, behavior, and clinical factors that impact people where they live, work, learn, and play. Students will learn how to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify and analyze community health needs and assets, identify priority health needs and implement a plan to address unmet needs.
