LAW 842 - Criminal Prosecution Practicum

Description Under the supervision of a State’s Attorney, students are offered classroom instruction, demonstration and simulation, and live courtroom prosecution experience to prepare them for the practice of criminal law as a Deputy State’s Attorney.

Registration Restrictions - This course will be capped at 10 students. It will be limited to second- and third-year law students with a preference for third-year students. Standard law school practicum application process will be utilized.
