NURS 773 - Clinical Scholarship and Analytical Methods

Description This course will examine research designs, levels of scientific rigor, ethical issues and sources of bias by critiquing examples from the literature to critically analyze data to identify problems for change within the healthcare delivery system. By the end of this course, the DNP student will have skills to appraise the evidence and translate it to a practice setting.

Prerequisites and Corequisites
Prerequisites: Foundations of Statistics (or equivalent course, e.g., STAT 581 - Probability and Statistics , EDER 762 - Foundations of Statistics )
Registration restrictions: Graduate Status or instructor permission.
