NURS 511 - Scholarship in Nursing: A Foundation for Advanced Practice

Description This course provides the foundation needed for nurses in advanced roles to engage in ethical scholarly practice and quality improvement through the generation, synthesis, translation, application, and dissemination of nursing knowledge to lead transformation of clinical practice and healthcare. Students focus on identifying opportunities for change, finding and appraising diverse sources of evidence, and the application of quality improvement and evaluation methodologies.
