Description This course prepares students for advanced practice leadership roles in nursing and nursing informatics. It focuses on the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the nurse leader, including communication and relationship-building, the healthcare environment, leadership, professionalism, and business skills such as conflict resolution, team building, project management, and strategic planning. Students apply leadership skills to the analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of technology and informatics processes.
