NURS 811 - Scientific Underpinnings and Evidence-Based Practice

Description This course will focus on nursing science, specifically nursing theories to provide a framework for advanced nursing practice.  The student will engage in evidence retrieval and appraisal, use science-based concepts to evaluate evidence, models & methods, and apply this knowledge for change to enhance care delivery at a systems level and improve patient outcomes.
