NURS 767 - Quality and Safety: Improving Patient Outcomes

Description This course focuses on safety and improvement science to measure patient and system outcomes. It includes the use of data, information, communication technology, human interaction with technology, usability, clinical decision support, and the mitigation of unintended consequences to support safe, high-quality care delivery. Students integrate technology with process improvement activities, interprofessional collaboration, and change management processes to improve outcomes.
