LAW 818 - Consumer Law

Description This course examines the traditional topics of unfair or deceptive acts and practices, advertising, and warranties, and then reviews the changing landscape of privacy, technology, and commercial loans. Students examine these topics through situational learning in advocating for the consumer, the company, and as counsel to the policymaker.
