BADM 522 - GLOBAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT 3credit hour(s)
Description Global Quality Management is a comparative analysis of global systems and structures. The course content focuses on an examination of quality issues, certification standards and issues, and a comparison of quality systems in Germany, Japan, and the United States. Students will study the application of statistical methods in process control using statistical process control, acceptance sampling procedures and experimental design techniques of continuous improvement.
Prerequisites and Corequisites Prerequisite: BADM 321 - Business Statistics II.
