COUN 794 - INTERNSHIP/FIELD EXPERIENCE (M.A.)

Description A field-based experience required of all Master’s students in a setting appropriate for their specialization-elementary and secondary schools, college counseling practice, or community agencies. One credit is required of all Master’s students or 600 clock hours.

Prerequisites and Corequisites
Prerequisites: CGPS 786 - Pre - Practicum, and CGPS 795 - Counseling Practicum, with at least a “B” in each. This course is limited to those students admitted to the counseling program area. Permission of the internship coordinator is required. Requires application and the approval of the counseling faculty.
