PHYS 783 - QUANTUM FIELD THEORY (C)

Description This course is the study of relativistic quantum field theory and its application to the standard model.  The course covers quantization of relavistic fields; perturbation theory and Feynman diagram; S-matrix; introduction to gauge theories and the standard model; and other topics of interest.

Prerequisites and Corequisites
Prerequisite:  PHYS 771 or equivalent.
