NURS 284 - Rural Studies in Nursing A course that provides the learner an opportunity to coordinate theory and practice in a rural setting. The clinical experience will allow the learner to further develop his/her role as a registered nurse under the mentorship of a practicing RN in a long term care or rural healthcare facility. Recommended for any nursing student for readmission or who has a break in their nursing education curriculum.
Prerequisites and Corequisites Course prerequisite: NURS 205
