David Posthumus, Ph.D., Indiana University. Specialization: Native American Studies, Sociocultural and Linguistic Anthropology, Ethnohistory.

DEGREE

Native American Studies courses support many majors and graduate degree programs.

Although USD does not offer a graduate degree in Native American Studies, students in a variety of graduate programs may take Native American Studies coursework. A background in Native American Studies is useful for all graduates preparing for careers in Education, Law, History, Anthropology, English, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Psychology, Philosophy, Social Work, Sociology, Media, Journalism, and health sciences.
