Professional Ethics Certificate

Certificate Requirements

The Professional Ethics Certificate was developed for students who are interested in sustained attention to ethics because of their commitment to personal values, their desire to promote the civic life of their communities, or to be prepared to assume leadership positions in the professional workplace.

The Professional Ethics Certificate consists of 12 credit hours. A 2.0 minimum grade point average is required to receive the Certificate.

• Select one of the following (the other course may be used towards the 9 hours of electives):

• PHIL 220 - Introduction to Ethics (C) [SGR #4, HSDC]
• PHIL 240 - Introduction to Ethics, Law, and Society [SGR #4]
