Students must have a CGPA of 2.5 to co-register for EDFN 338 and SEED 296.

Must be admitted into Teacher Education to be enrolled in courses in SEED 400/SEED 394 in the second semester junior level and all certification courses in the senior year.

Six hours of the core must be in the diversity area.

South Dakota certification rules indicate Speech/Debate as the endorsement program for this major.

Course credit may not be double counted as both major and minor credits.

Students must have an Academic Teaching Minor including a methods course. English is recommended.
