The Archaeology Minor was developed so that students could explore the world of the past from the perspectives of Classics, Ancient History and Anthropology. To complete the 18 hour minor, students must take at least one course from each of the three fields.

Required course for all students:

ANTH 230 - Introduction to Archaeology (C)

Note

Anthropology majors must select 18 hours from the list that follows because it is not possible to count ANTH 230 for both the major and minor. Any course counted for the Anthropology Major cannot be used to complete this minor. There must be at least one course from each group.
