Public Health Minor

The Public Health Minor supplements the skills and knowledge students gain in their major discipline with learning how to define and address concerns related to population health, including the social determinants of health, the burden of disease from a global perspective, and health policy.

Note:
*HSC majors can use this course to complete both the HSC major core requirements and the Public Health minor.
**HSC majors cannot use these courses to complete both the HSC major requirements and the Public Health minor. Three courses (nine credit hours) of additional major coursework are required.
