Alcohol and Drug Studies Graduate Certificate

The graduate certificate in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies supports certification as a chemical dependency counselor by the South Dakota Certification Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals (CBADP). Please contact the Department of Alcohol and Drug Studies for verification of current requirements.

Requirements for the Graduate Certificate: Total 15 credit hours

ADS 522 - ALCOHOL AND DRUG TREATMENT CONTINUUM 3
ADS 524 - PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS 3
ADS 552 - ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELING THEORIES 3
ADS 592 - SPECIAL TOPICS IN ALCOHOL AND DRUG STUDIES 1 to 3
3 credit hours required.
