POLS 788 - Research Problems/Projects

Description Independent research problems/ projects that lead to research or design paper, but not to a thesis. The plan of study is negotiated by the faculty member and the candidate. Contact between the two may be extensive and intensive. A core requirement to the Master of Public Administration Program, this is a paper written on a topic pertaining to a current issue in organizational design, management practice, or policy preference. Designed to help student integrate and use the material learned in the program to make better decision in the public sector.
