PUBH 710 - Epidemiology

Description The course is designed to explore the principles and concepts of public health epidemiology as it relates to the determinants and distribution of disease. Students will gain foundational knowledge in critical analysis of the literature, study design, results assessment, and effecting change in health outcomes from a population-based standpoint. Special attention will be given to the impact of health disparities on disease determinants and health outcomes.
