Description The course in Advanced Appellate Advocacy will cover the skills of appellate brief writing and presentation of oral argument, principally through classroom discussions and exercises. This is an advocacy skills course, and the goal is to teach students the techniques and methods they can use in their practices to improve as appellate advocates.
