EMBA 703 - Market Analysis and the Value Proposition 3 cr
Description This course is designed to connect the organization’s value proposition to the needs and values of the target market. Students will explore the role of the value proposition and how to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and CRM tools in omnichannel environments. They will also become familiar with performing environmental analysis and determining whether the marketing research design is cost-effective and if the research design will provide the data that management is seeking.
