Description Health Care Delivery explores the history of health care delivery and how it has evolved to the current state. Contemporary trends in health care and ethical issues are considered. The importance of a system approach is emphasized. The continuum of care and the role of providers are discussed. The influence of reimbursement, payment processes, regulations, compliance demands, standards, quality assurance, and accreditation are explored.
