A certificate in Healthcare Leadership will help students approach healthcare topics such as relationship-centered care, inter- and intra-professional collaboration, socially responsible and ethical decision-making, and values-based change strategies in healthcare environments.

Certificate Requirements - 12 Credit Hours Required

Choose one of the following courses:
HSC 315 - Introduction to Public Health
HSC 360 - Technology in Care Delivery
Complete the following three courses:
HSC 380 - Health Literacy and Culture Care
HSC 450 - Patient Safety - Quality Improvement
HSC 460 - Leading Change ***
Note: ** HSC 460 should be completed after all other certificate requirements or in the last term prior to graduation; Advisor permission is required.
